I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish. I would especially like to thank ‘Anisha Zaenal and Zahra for their warm hospitality and helpful throughout my stay.

Big and clean room, staff Kak Anisha (Aisha) and Kak Zainal are really helpful. I left some stuff in the room, while we were already traveling to KL and the hotel staff was very helpful in sending our stuff to KL. Highly recommended for families who will stay in Genting.

1st time stay at Signata Hotel and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process quick and easy especially Anisha.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The bed was especially comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel is new, more detail information should be given to customer upon selection. For example check in at level 12, parking at existing Wyndham Hotel etc. This will definitely facilitate the check in process. Nevertheless, check in process is smooth and serve with welcome drink. The junior suite stated 1 king size bed with another oon with twin bed. However, the twin bed room apparently is just a single bed with very limited space to move around. The aircon in the single bed room is spoilt. Since the weather it’s cold, so it doesn’t matter except you must sleep with door open. Overall, the hotel and service is good, despite some small hiccups, still another good alternative choice for the visitor to Genting Highland.
