You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Please be informed about Airport Transfer Information as follows: There will be a minimal charge for hotel's airport transfer services which is not included in the room rate payment. Charges shall be paid to reception upon check in. a) Please leave your following arrival details in the special request - Arrival Terminal - Flight no. - Email/ contact no. Waiting Points: KLIA: Level 1, Gate 3 KLIA2: Arrival Hall, Door 3 in front of CIMB Exchange For the last minutes booking, guest has to wait for 30 minutes. Everything is ok.. I booked a slightly bigger room.. Overall, it's comfortable and impressive, everything is aviation-themed.. I like it... and thank you for the service.

The staff is friendly and okay.
But the hotel is old. The facilities are also old, no smart TV, and the teapot and glass are dirty. It definitely needs renovation.
You can get to the airport via the Salak Tinggi Expressway.

The check-in was quick, you just need to pay RM50 per room for deposit. The staff is lovely and quick to fix my aircond room which wasn't cold initially. I had a pleasant stay here :)

Staff had standard customer service skills.
Room was clean and so was the bathroom.
The only negative was the amount of loud Indian men showing no consideration to other hotel customers.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory. However, the soundproofing in each room was quite poor. I was disturbed early in the morning by children shouting in the hallway or nearby rooms. This affected the overall rest and comfort during the stay.

Very noisy external air conditioner unit. We slept fitfully. Overall, quite clean considering the age of the hotel. The staff is friendly. Eighteen minutes by taxi to the airport. Grabtaxi is called in 10 minutes maximum. There is a cafe near the hotel where you can eat. There are other cafes nearby, you won't go hungry. There is a small shop in the hotel lobby, you can buy fruits and snacks. If you are not sensitive to noise, this is a great option to stop for a couple of days while waiting for your next flight.
