This hotel is truly worth the price! My room included breakfast and a bathtub, and the rate was incredibly reasonable. The value for money is excellent, making it a great choice for both comfort and affordability. The breakfast was decent, but I particularly appreciated the variety of milk options they offered. The service was excellent as well. Check-in time was at 3 PM, but I arrived at 12 PM and requested an early check-in. The staff checked the room, confirmed it was ready, and allowed me to check in early so I could rest—such a thoughtful and accommodating gesture! Overall, St. Giles Wembley Penang exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides comfort, convenience, and great value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Penang!

This is my first time in Penang. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the city. The location is good. This hotel is near Komtar and 1st Avenue shopping mall. On each side of the hotel, there are small restaurants and small food courts. I had booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast has varieties, from local traditional breakfast to continental breakfast such as sushi, dim sum, congee, nasi lemak, cereals, pastries, breads, and an egg station as well. There are self-service beverages, varieties of teas—Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Chamomile, and Mint, for example. If you prefer espresso or cappuccino to start your day, there is a self-service coffee machine, freshly ground beans, and chiller compartments for milk. It is worth the price if you choose to have breakfast in the hotel. I would book this hotel again for my next trip to Penang.

Excellent hotel! The facility in the room is great, we got iron and the table, prayer mat, and a coffee machine in the room. The location is very close to many food stalls, grocery stores. It is a perfect location.

When you arrive before check-in time, you can ask the receptionist to help you check the room availability. One of them was very helpful and friendlier than the other one, called Neesha. She was so nice, she helped us check the room availability and allowed us to early check-in. Thank you for your hospitality. Overall, I love this hotel ❤️.

St Giles is strategically located on Jalan Magazine. Many good dining options are all found within a radius of 10-15min walk and some even closer. It is five minutes away from the popular Hin Bus Depot creative flea market (weekends only) and also the ever bustling Jalan Penang. The hotel is clean and comfortable with an eco-friendly attitude.

Overall a good experience but the room was rather small. A mirror at the desk would be useful or at least an extendable make-up mirror in the bathroom. Also, our room had a connecting door and we could hear our neighbours talking amongst other things(!) and likewise assume they could hear us.

Overall is good as mentioned above. But the thing i don't really impress. Was told by front desk Premier king is only available at the both end corners. Which is not true. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. And previously i was given the room in the middle. And oso the air-conditioning is not cold and no hot water at times. They came and changed the filter but still there's not much of a difference. That's why i was offered to change the room but was given oso at the corner. Pleased look into all mentioned before assigning a room to all your guess to prevent any inconvenience. And hopefully my next trip will be a pleasant one without any hustle. Thank you 😊
