The hotel ppl were very thoughtful. They called to provide the late check in procedures for my late arrival time. The room was clean.
The only drawback was that it was a loft and might not be suitable for old ppl.

Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend.
