Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, ich erhielt ein kostenloses Upgrade. Vielen Dank dafür. Es gab ein Problem bezüglich der Bezahlung, der Betrag wurde beim Einchecken nochmals in Rechnung gestellt, das wurde aber sehr kurzfristig korrigiert.

Convenient due to in the middle of town. The hotel had their own parking spot so feel safe to park my car. Easy to find food. Near to the banks and supermarket. Clean and comfy room to sleep. Simple and straightforward hotel for a short business stay. Will come back again for a short trip in LD.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but when we entered, the smell was terrible. The air con did nt switched on immediately when entered. Pls improve this housekeeping. This hotel use to be the the top hotel in Lahad Datu.
