Amazing hotel great staff and service. For kids you are only allowed in one pool that does not get a lot of sun but other than that it is in an amazing location. Right next to pavilion and Rex. Staff are amazing.

“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse.

Service was a top draw!
Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good.
This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!!

The pool was disappointing. Our room was not easily accessible: it involved taking escalators to a first floor, traversing across a lobby and then taking a set of elevators.
Location was very convenient with access to the Pavilion Mall.

We would like to give our special thanks to Mr Ooi who allowed us to experience one of the best room we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in, we would like to specially mention the duty managers Soffian, Ying and Shafini, who each helped us enjoy every quality aspect of the hotel during our stay. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for the effort and hospitality shown by all the staff, from the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff and look forward to seeing them again in our next visit.

For a 5 star property it surely treats you anything but. Sent hotel message request for smoking room, no answer. Ok whatever no biggie. Stayed for one night and it will be my last at this location. Breakfast took forever for waiter to bring coffee upon numerous requests. Also requested luggage assistance from room to lobby and that never came so i brought it myslef. Checkout had a couole people barge in frojt of me with staff serving them and not telling them to get into que! Had great experiences with different RC locations but certainly not Kuala Lumpur..
