Pleasant experience. Will stay here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur

Itchy, smelly sheets that didn't seem to have been changed, and a dirty room. The staff were unfriendly, and the room was only cleaned if booked for 4 days. So, yesterday, when I booked for 3 days, the room was never cleaned.

Everything is good, only the cleaner a bit lazy

This is my 5th time staying here. My previous experience was so good. Could spend my precious time with my family, watching movies, eating our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It feels like staying at our home! So that I repeat for another stay. But then, I was a little disappointed at my 4th stay here. I got a room that did not have Netflix ☹️. Me and my family were very disappointed because besides the holiday, we also want to spend our time together watching movies. I asked to change rooms, but then there's no room available, and we are okay with that. Then last month, we booked our stay here again. Before check-in (around 9 AM), I WhatsApp the admin to arrange for me to get a room that provides a smart TV. But then they said there's no smart TV provided?! I was very disappointed, then I checked in as usual. Once I entered the room, just like what I've been thinking, the room does not have a smart TV. Then I WhatsApp the admin to change my room, they said there's no available room😔. Then I heard noise besides our room, there's 2 housekeeping guys just finished doing their housekeeping. Without any hesitation, I asked them, "Is the TV in this room a smart TV?" Then the guys checked for us and unfortunately, yes! This room provides a smart TV! I was so happy and WhatsApp the admin. We were so happy but a little bit disappointed to the admin and staff because I already WhatsApp earlier before I checked in to arrange for me to have a room with a smart TV. I wish they did their job, checked, and arranged before we arrived and checked in so I don't have to move out to another room. At our new room, everything was good, but unfortunately, we did not satisfy the cleanliness of this room. There was a cockroach in the toilet, and the toilet floor was not so clean. But overall, my 5th time stay here was 3/5⭐️. I hope Maplehome will upgrade their room so that everyone will repeat all over again. And as for me, I hope my next stay I will get a great experience just like my first time here🥰

Close to Pudu Sentral Terminal, you can leave your luggage, not too far to the Pavilion, kids can swim until 10 pm.

The Apartment is so good, near Alor's night market,Bukit Bintang mrt station, also the best Moon Beef Roti, all you can do by foot. the room quite big, clean and complete. also the affordable prices. I will recommend this place to my colleague and family for sure. 5 stars for this accomodation.

Perfect for families. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel offers complete amenities and friendly staff. Most importantly, the area around the hotel is full of shops that are open late, and it's easy to get around. This is our second stay here.

Room is great, clean, but the bathroom is smell not good

Recommended: comfortable rooms, complete amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine complete with detergent. Very convenient for family accommodation.

Access to the LRT train station and culinary center on Alor Street is close and the check-out process is also very fast.

The apartment price is affordable, there are many food places around the apartment, it is not far from Petaling Street, the room condition is quite good.

Really great, every time I go to KL I definitely stay here
