Everything is good, if it's just a place to stay and for traveling purposes, this is sufficient, as for the price, it seems like all places have the same rate, as for cleanliness, it's still understandable.

The experience here is great, nothing to complain about. Easy check-in. Spacious rooms. View from above. About 15 minutes walk from Chinatown. Reasonable price. Note that during peak times, the elevator wait may be a bit long.

The staff was friendly, didn't ask many questions. I checked in at night, and the staff was quick to assist me, allowing me to rest in my room right away.
The location is very close to the downtown area. To the front is Alor Street, to the back is Petaling Street, and to the right is Berjaya Times Square.
All the facilities are good, except the swimming pool is on the 6th floor, so you can't get a view of the surrounding buildings while swimming.
However, there is a sky garden on the 42nd floor.

We only stayed 1 day on North Suite 15 floors #10A (if Im not wrong) corner room. It was Overpriced!!
The 2nd day changed to South Suite 10th floor same corner rooms, booked through different platforms and we got better room and better price!!!

A RM150 deposit is required here, but it's refunded upon check out. The area is great, with Sevel and Plaza GMBB nearby, perfect for those looking for cute items. There's an LRT just a short walk ahead, so you can get everywhere nearby. The rooms are great, and you can also get a sky garden view from the rooftop. Thank you, Robertson ❤️

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is strategic (popular destinations around Bukit Bintang & Public Transportation Station are within walking distance). The facilities are complete & usable, the room is spacious & clean, the bed in the room is also spacious (we could sleep 3 people there, with the note that 1 person is overweight)). The check-in process was easy and fast, even though we landed in KL in the middle of the night. As far as I remember, there were no significant complaints or problems during our stay here. The only thing we had was a bit difficult to use the television. Thank you The Robertson & Maplehome!

The bathroom was quite dirty! The room was stuffy and unsuitable. Dust! The mattress etc. looked like they hadn't been washed. It was just gross. I couldn't stand it so much that I had to check out that same day, giving up my room for two nights. And that was the worst experience! And I will never go to this hotel again.

Self service , checkin is complicated and you need to give deposit 150 RM if you do not have cash they accept card however to refund it takes two weeks
