General Check-in Instructions
Dear Guest, Welcome to The Shore Premier Suites Melaka, managed by MAPLEHOME. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please take note of the following information:
Check-In Details - Check-in begins from 3:00 PM onwards and ends at 2:00 AM. - This is a self-check-in property. Thirty minutes before arriving, please contact us at +6016 356 3068 for check-in instructions. - If you plan to arrive after 2:00 AM, please notify us in advance by emailing enquiry@maplehome.com.my to receive self-check-in instructions. Note: Detailed check-in instructions will be provided once we receive your deposit slip. We will not be liable for failed check-ins after 2:00 AM due to insufficient notice or incomplete information provided by the guest.
Deposit and Identification - Guests are required to provide a valid NRIC or passport prior to check-in. - A security deposit of RM150 per unit must be paid by bank transfer before arrival. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided once we receive your deposit slip. - To proceed with the deposit payment via bank transfer, kindly transfer the amount using the following bank details: Bank: Public Islamic Bank Berhad (PIBB) Account Holder: Milford Estate Management Sdn Bhd Account Number: 3820910106 Amount: RM150 - The deposit is refundable upon check-out and will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.
Parking - Paid parking is available on the premises at RM4 per entry. Kindly park on Level 7 or 8 only.
