The room is clean and good for one night stay to catch your next early morning flight. The receptionist also helped us to arrange a taxi to the KLIA. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

I had a good experience staying in this hotel, it's a cargo area so it's not noisy and also room nice to stay few days, maybe you need to bring your own toiletries and the floor seems abit dirty but manageble, staff are friendly and there is a shuttle bus to KLIA 2, for those who want to go KLIA 1 might need to book grab and its always safe to do early booking, the problem I had was when I tried to book Indriver, they canceled my trip few times because the distance for them doesn't reflect accurately, it's far to drive for them if u need to go to city area. Overall I'm satisfied with the stay.

crow flying around , gather front of your room corridor singing in the morning .
The shuttle driver feel like a ordered, not treat seater nicely.
The shuttle schedule should be every hour , not ask to wait for 2 hour.

For a price that's comparable to Bukit Bintang, I found the room to be too small, so much so that the bathroom door couldn't even be closed. I had to push the bed slightly to close the door. Furthermore, the amenities provided were also very basic.

The shuttle bus is on first come first serve usually full and you will need to book grab.
If you are in hurry to catch flight, this might not be a suitable location as there is tendency of Grab driver not taking your order as it is 16km away from the airport.
Male staff are are hospitable compare to female staff. Female staff did not mention on the breakfast time and location.

It's a bit far, even though a shuttle bus is provided. It's not soundproof, so if the next room is noisy in the middle of the night, you might not be able to sleep.

The staff is helpful, and the hotel is located near the cargo area at KLIA. It's recommended to use public transportation, not walking. The room is large enough for two people, with a queen-size bed and a small amount of space. Please use the prayer room on the first floor if you're praying at the hotel.

It's fine for a short layover, and if it's just the two of you, the room is clean. My suggestion is to book from the hotel, as it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport.
