I stayed in Tune KLIA-KLIA2 for 2 nights before returning to Indonesia. The check in process was fast and smooth, the staffs I met were really helpful and friendly, and food was great too. No wonder it is awarded best airport. All in all, it was a great experience.

The location is close to the airport... and also close to Mitsui Premium Outlet. The hotel is professionally managed, with prompt service and a clean room. Recommended for a stay in KL.

overprice!!!!
room without any amenities
no slippers
toothbrush and toothpaste have to be bought and spend more money
food is not tasty at all, spoons and forks are dirty and not clean
with an average price of 1 million rupiah but it is not comparable to what you get

First, why nobody talking about their aircon? 🥲
When i see there is a fan in their room, i think oh maybe its just like hotel in Bali 😂
But unfortunately, its because their aircon is not cool at all. I was tried to switch off the fan first, and give aircon time to cool. But we already waiting for hours and still, i didnt feel cool at all 🥲
We didnt ask the receptionist just because ya they already providing us with the fan right? Like i thought we didnt have any right to complain about.
Second, the distance is not suitable for elder and/or pregnant women and/or kids. Its just for teenager and adult. Since i am pregnant and bring 7 y.o kid, and landing at middle night, we had a hard time walking to the hotel 🥲
And they didnt provide shuttle to KLIA 2, just to KLIA 1. Since we had morning flight and dont want to wasting our energy walking to airport, we ordered a grab! Yah it just a couple meters, but the fare is around 50 MYR. Its worthed for pregnant women and a kid like us 🥹
Butttt, of course they have advantages. The breakfast start from 4am, and there are quite a lot of food variations. The room was clean, but the toiletries is limited, they just gave us soap and shampoo and towels. They didnt provide mini bar like tea/sugar/coffee, or even hot water kettle.
Oke thats all based on my experience.
Hope you guys have the best time stay at Tune Hotel 🫶🏻
