The hotel has a wonderful placement at the seaside, with direct access to the beach which was really nice. The room was nice. It would be much better if the bathroom facilities were in better condition. The washing basin was stuck , it was unpleasant smell from the shower, the cleanliness of the floor in the toilet was not very good.

Located right on the beach. Had lovely amenities. Great staff. Only complaint would be no ac in kitchen area of unit so it was very hot and humid.

Overall the experience was good. We had an ocean view and the outlook was beautiful. The breakfast service was brilliant, and whilst the choice was not huge, the eggs were to die for. My biggest constructive feedback is the lack of reception from the front desk each time we entered and exited the building, a smile m, warm welcome or hello goes a long way. Furthermore, we did ask for a 12 check out in lieu of 11 and were met with a flat no as told room service needed to do the room, no one made the room up before 12 as we waited by the pool. We were not suprised with this response from the sour face that was the receptionist. Probably my first negative review in a long time so I hope the issue is addressed for future reference.

The staff was helpful and very caring.
We liked the cleanliness and beautiful garden and pool area. Morning breakfast is a delightful experience, with bright flowers and beautiful birds in the morning.
Small pool but clean. (The crystal waters of the beach is few feet away so its absolutely OK)
Rooms are comfortable. Good views and very comfortable location. I recommend it to singles, couples or families.
On the flip end, the towels are small and are not replaced daily. I like that it protects the environment, but the option for replacement of towels should be available.
We were a family of three and stayed for (7) seven days, but had only 3 sachets of coffee in the kitchen. The manager refused to replace the coffee or tea sachets in the room even upon request. A supermarket is close by so that was OK.
Otherwise a wonderful experience overall, and made our trip very comfortable.

The hotel is situated next to the lovley beach.There is a beautiful garden with small swimming pool.The singing birds were waking us up for breakfast which was a buffet outside the main building.We enjoyed having breakfast in The sitting area with tables and chairs with a view of the ocean. The hospitality of The staff was great,always smilling and happy to help despite us not speaking French. The manager and her Assistant were brilliant,offered a lot of advice on places to visit and activities to do. Also they helped us to rent a car. The place is secure with guards 24hours a day.There are enough sun beds for all of the guests.I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

The hotel is right at the beach with a good access to the water. The sunset is really beautiful from here. One can also see Le Morne. There is a beautiful garden in the hotel area.
There is a very little choice for breakfast.
Wifi connection in the room is very weak. It works OK close to the reception.
It was rather difficult for us to find the hotel, as it does not have signs from the main street, but thanks to the help of local people (who are very friendly and helpful), we found our way.

Frukosten ok. Restaurangen i övrigt mycket bra/prisvärd. Borde dock ägna mer tid på att städa undan disken innan fåglar och hundar kommer för att äta resterna. Städning av rummet bra, men den gjordes sent och de hade ingen egen nyckel. Det fanns bara en fungerande nyckel! Borde städa bättre på området och stranden. Mycket bra fungerande luftkonditionering.
