No respeto mi reservacion, la dueña nunca dio la cara, solo por telefono gracias a la chica que hace mantenimiento, nos decia que lo solucionaria pero que buscaramos otro hotel. Fuimos a un concierto y todo estaba lleno. Pesima organizacion. y como yo habiamos varias personas con ese problema.
