Casa Lumini Holbox

Great rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable. Great price, poor location, lacking any level of amenities, service, friendliness.

This property is pretty well kept. The check in was smooth and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was everything I wanted. The cleaning staff was on point with every request. Breakfast was lovely. If you don’t mind walking a little longer to get to your room, book this place.

This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend.

Cute little boutique hotel. Walking distance to the beach. It’s far from downtown. Not well insulated so you hear a lot of the atvs driving around at night and all the staff in the mornings getting ready for the day. Concierge was very friendly, restaurant staff could have been more pleasant.

vip stay in grand sirenis was beautiful…i was not too lucky with my girl Lucy,she didn’t take care for me really but the other one from office help me with my needs .food was excellent,clean room and restaurants,nice pools and beaches

Very Nice Hotel

Hotel was nice. Breakfast good. Roads horrible hard to get anywhere due to huge puddles. Hard walking. Lots of noisy ATVs all day long. Close to beach but hard walking. Long ways from town. No pool. Clean

The sand but there's not much that can be done about it. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I do recommend this hotel. Once the surrounding area are complete, the area will be beautiful. I saw flamingos right outside the main entrance.

Island is almost deserted not many tourists, hard to get around, street are always flooded with water, which makes it impossible to walk

Hotel was nice, it was a bit away from the center part of Holbox where the restaurants and activities are. If that's what you're seeking this place is perfect. Room was small but clean and thoughtfully decorated. The daily breakfast was so wonderful and delicious. overall a great stay, enjoyed our time in Holbox.

I didn't like Breakfast extra charges. If you want to add eggs to chilaquiles, you have to pay extra.

The staff was excellent, the property was beautiful.

The facility was ok. The dining area is open in the morning which is inconvenient when you need something in the rest of the day. The staff was somewhat helpful.

Hotel pequeño muy bonito, habitaciones cómodas bueno para una estadía familiar y hacer todos los entretenimientos en Holbox. Excelente calidad. Precio. Personal. Amable. Cerca de Playa cocos. Cocos y área bioluminiscencia. Comunicación muy efectiva y te ayudan a coordinar transportes desde Cancún, aeropuerto a Chiquilá ferry y taxis. Excelente servicio.

The hotel is fine but for a VIP access hotel, nothing sets it apart from the rest. The VIP access was one of the reasons for selecting this property but it was not even mentioned. Not bad, just not above others I’ve stayed at before on this island. The last one in Isla Mujeres was not VIP Access and they threw in a welcome drink, coffee and 2 bottles of water.

I went to celebrate my birthday and just disconnect from the world. To be honest I didn’t expect anything but I was so wrong! The check in was good, my room was ready before the check in time and the attention from Dalia was incredible and outstanding! She helped me a lot for the tours and the schedule for those. And in the end of my stay, they surprised me in the breakfast with a cake for my birthday! Thanks a lot for this unforgettable experience Dalia and Jonathan!! You rock! Definitely I will come back

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Margot, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was super delicious and the service we received was phenomenal. There’s also a restaurant in the hotel that we went every night for dinner, our waiter Migue was the best, he made sure we were well taking care of and the food was superb. Highly recommended this hotel and we can’t wait to stay with them again.
