Todos bien amable y la limpieza estaba excelente, pero estaría mejor si pusieron smart tvs, un aire acondicionado menos ruidoso, camas más cómodas, y café que está un poquito más fuerte

Service was good, room was clean bed were very comfortable but the noise made it a bad experience

THE HOTEL IS UNDERGOING TOTAL RENOVATION. THE ENTIRE LOBBY, FIRST FLOOR AND SECOND FLOORS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND FULL OF DUST, NO AC. 3RD AND 4TH FLOORS WERE RENOVATED AND OK. THEY SHOULD DICLOSE THESE CONDITIONS SO NO ONE IS FOOLED WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION. IT IS CLEAR THEY ONLY WANT TO SELL REGARDLESS OF THE GUEST CONFORT.

No towels , and the toilet bowl was moving , almost I felt from , water around the bathroom . You can double check , i was in the room 117 of this property .

It's close to my destination, but rooms have no microwave ice bucket

There are cracks and water spots all over the ceilings and walls.

My expectation ai that a Marriot's hotel, or member of the chain, at least have room service. The room is not update, i mean, just one lectrical contact, no USB ports. The air conditioning inside of the room have more space than the desk, It's not good image for me.
