I wish the servers at the buffet were more attentive. I never got my drinks refilled basically both times I went there so I opted not to return to the buffet for the poor service and got room service for breakfast or ate dinner at specialty restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious i got the tropical swim out room the bigger one. Elevators were very hot, the random people I encountered there agreed. Wish they cleaned the swim out pool more, lots of dead bugs. Specialty restaurant food was fantastic, the resort was beautiful. For the Cafe on the fourth floor wish the food that was under the heat lamps had a cover or something there was flies landing on the food. Drinks were great, desserts were good. Overall I would say 8.5/10 very good for my first time in the area

Booked 3 rooms 1 each for my daughters and one for me upon arrival 2 of the rooms were ready. They lost my third room was not ready until 6pm. They lost my granddaughter’s luggage but found it 2 days later. The people in the room next to my daughter the people carried on up 2am withe kids kicking on the doors people screaming just a mess. Went to the deck to see if something could be done they seemed to do something by moving my daughter to another room only to change me another 600 dollars for 3 nights. I paid the extra for the preferred club only to find out that children can’t use any of those amenities. Stayed here about 4 years ago and I think the place has really went downhill. I believe their business is more in tune for timeshare then regular guests

En gral muy sucia el área de albercas, no limpian ni albercas ni mesas ni pasillos. Muchos pisos levantados en áreas comunes. No había toallas limpias al momento y tardaban en llevarlas. La actitud de meseros y staff dejó mucho que desear , eran groseros o faltos de atención. No volvería a dreams. Hay mejores opciones con más calidad tanto en servicio como en instalaciones y limpieza

Room was good and we enjoyed being at the resort. It does take some time to get used to the layout and learn which elevators take you to which areas. The restaurants also close earlier than expected. Other than those observations we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, my stay had some significant frustrations, but the staff helped make the experience better. The biggest issues were with maintenance. My room door stopped working, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come fix it. Later, my air conditioner also stopped working, which was disappointing. I also found the resort confusing to navigate, the beach access was very small, and the prices in the souvenir shop were extremely overpriced. On the positive side, the staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially want to recognize Gabriela from housekeeping. When my door stopped working, she immediately got on the radio and contacted every available channel to get someone to my room as quickly as possible. Her sense of urgency, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Gabriela, thank you for going above and beyond—you are amazing! While the resort has areas that need improvement, employees like Gabriela are a true asset and deserve recognition.

The hotel and staff are nice and its food is excellent, but the layout and signage of the hotel is not very good. There are not that many elevators and not all of them take you to all the floors. Also, the bathrooms in the rooms are very small and uncomfortable although the rooms are big. They keep the housekeeping in the rooms to the bare minimum (make the bed and take the trash out) but they don't really clean well. If you enjoy the beach, don't choose this hotel. It is very rocky, not safe and very small area. We had a good experience with the staff (Sheyla Gomez, Levy, Stephanie) but we would not go back.

The property was amazing once we got check in and got our luggage. The food was great, staff was very accommodating. The only downside was at check in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait over an hour for our room. Then once at the room luggage took 2 hours to arrive. I had to call front desk twice.

The hotel is pretty new, clean, and well maintained. The property is large. The beach is not very big, but it is very nice: clean and sandy. However, walking in the water without water shoes is not easy because there are many stones. I wish kayaking were offered more times during the day. There are many good food options. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful place.
