Habia unos huéspedes gritando y cantando a las 4 de la mañana y no dejaban dormir, y la regadera estaba tapada y se tiro agua fuera de la regadera. Y había muchos moscos en la habitación

Always enjoy staying there . Excellent for the family

Greta place to stay, we stay quite often. However the hotel does need a bit of upgrades Especially the rooms: our tv in one room wasn’t working properly, no app or updated TVs. Phones also weren’t working to contact room service. Construction: there was work and worked making loud noises at 7-8 am , couldn’t sleep in and was a huge inconvenience. Other things - the suites comes with a small kitchenette- there was no plates, bowls, utensils Nothing just a fridge , microwave and two cups of So I would recommend bringing your own things if you plan to eat or make yourself a quick snack

When we go to concerts to Mexicali we always stay at araiza ! It’s the best . Clean rooms nice staff close to food convenience is a big key soriana is in the back so we went shopping. If u like coffee they have Starbucks on site. Parking does get full though that’s the only bad thing. On days of concerts a shuttle would be awesome!!!

Very nice place to stay!

I didn’t like the security guards that were on the night shift. They try to intimidate people to give them money. Be ware of this because they attempted to do this to me. I will never stay here again. This was my 2nd time staying there and I never experienced this before.

AC was very loud- Got lousy sleep

Queja por mal funcionamiento de servicios en habitación y deficiente atención al cliente. De mi consideración: Por medio de la presente, me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi profunda inconformidad con respecto a un servicio de su establecimiento durante mi estancia actual en la habitación Número de habitación 119. El motivo principal de mi queja es que el televisor de la habitación no cuenta con acceso an internet. Al tratarse de un hotel de su categoría, el cual considero un lugar maravilloso en muchos otros aspectos, esperaba poder disfrutar plenamente de todas las comodidades tecnológicas actuales, incluyendo el uso de plataformas de streaming o conectividad básica en la televisión. Lamentablemente, lo que más ha motivado este escrito no es solo el fallo técnico, sino la atención recibida. Tras percatarme del problema, me comuniqué de inmediato con el equipo de recepción para dar el aviso correspondiente. Para mi sorpresa, la respuesta del personal fue completamente insatisfactoria y se negaron a ofrecerme cualquier tipo de solución o alternativa para resolver el inconveniente solo que mandarían a alguien el cual nunca llegó. Como huésped, considero que pagar por una estancia en sus instalaciones implica recibir un servicio de calidad y, sobre todo, una atención al cliente resolutiva y empática ante cualquier imprevisto. Por ello, agradecería enormemente una respuesta por escrito a esta carta, así como una propuesta de solución o compensación por el servicio que no esto

Excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was helpful. Italian restaurant was delicious. The Mexican restaurant was huge disappointment. The service was slow and food was cold. The simple nachos were missing two key ingredients. We did not go back to eat there.

I'm a little disappointed in 2 things... 1. There were no, zero, USB ports to charge phones. Maybe an insignificant need, yet very important in a world where cell phones are vital. 2. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud. Like an annoying snore from your partner. And I'm a light sleeper. This place could use an update. My second time there and probably my last. ...hope this helps! Thanks but no thanks

Siempre me he hospedado ay y he encontrado todo muy bien y limpio .pero esta ves no estaba tan limpio..espero deveras tomen en cuenta las opiniones de uno ..

Buy the breakfast when you check in if staying for the weekend. Its delicious! Staff was great at front desk, parking attendants and restaurant. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Had a balcony facing the pool and it looked clean and was told is heated. Facility is a bit outdated, but still nice. There was a wedding when we checked in at 11 pm and it was loud, music went on pass 1 am. AC unit is super noisy, like bumping and grinding noises. But it works. Araiza is an old hotel, but it still a good option to stay.
