Hotel Hacienda Los Narcisos

The hotel is old but the rooms are clean and you will be safe and rested. . Great area if you want to be close to the San Juan Cathedral. The area has lots of shops, restaurants and a Taxi SITIO a block away. Be aware that San Juan has no UBER service. I would stay here again.

A very beautiful and clean hotel. Budget friendly and conveniently close to the main plaza. The hotel restaurant is an excellent choice for breakfast, too.

Dirty bathrooms and door of bathroom didn’t close

The property is really noisy and loud there were children running around the hallway at 0100 and you can hear the adults at the terrace partying around the same time. The elevator does not work you need to ask them to escort you to your floor; and if you want to go to the terrace then you need to climb the stairs to the 6th floor. The restroom had a fowl smell of sewage and the sink was leaking onto the floor. The beds were super hard and the linen was dirty and had stains on it with hair. It is however close to the cathedral, but you will have to make your own decision.

Poor service terrible parking!!!

It was a very small room. I checked other rooms with the same amenities I ordered and other rooms were large enough to feel comfortable. The hotel is a family hotel I guess and that’s why there was so much noise, kids yelling, people throwing doors, the cleaning lady carry around a big machine that makes so much noise, at first I thought I was going to listen to it only the first day but I heard every single noise every single day. It was very hard to rest at this place.

Not the best place to stay at San Juan. If you are looking for just a bed and hot water and save some money, it’s a good option but do not expect more of it.

Beautiful historic hotel. BUT, no hot water. If it had even been warm, I would have given it a 5 rating.

Hacienda Los Narcisos is a hidden gem in San Juan de Los Lagos. The staff is very accommodating and nice. The rooms are very clean, air conditioning was cold, plenty of hot water and coffee in the room. It’s located within walking distance of the Basilica and there are a variety of places to eat. I can’t to come back again.

Very centric place. A a walking distance from catedral. The bells from the church are a bit annoying but the view is beautiful.

It was nice. However, no hot water was available when showering.

Beautiful place and close to church and shops. No need to drive anywhere to enjoy the scenery and food.
