Hotel Riu Latino - Adults Only - All Inclusive

You can tell the property is new, and the beach is unbelievable. Most staff make you feel like your an inconvenience. Food and drinks have much to be desired. The pool layouts were kind of odd. Several small but you couldn’t see the entertainment. Overall, ok for a budget friendly trip. I feel we paid too much.

Went to steak house 3 times every time i went i was told we are fully book for the day even tho there was open tables available it seems like they just want every one to just go to buffet and eat and the water bottle they have in the room for some odd reason tasted so bad

The property was beautiful and the facilities were great. The staff were all great. The drinks were subpar and the food was mediocre. If these aren't huge concerns for your trip then this is an ideal place for you. For the price, I feel our experience was fair, just not outstanding. As long as you go into it knowing the dining/drinks experience isn't mindblowing, you will have a good time.

This property was beautiful. It had many different pool options and the beach a few steps behind it, allowing for many different areas to hangout. The water slides were also a blast, especially since it was for adult only. The rooms were clean and the beds were okay. Food options were great, quality was just okay. Would definitely recommend!

Need more intrusive with the music more different style. Lake latina music people love that.

I really enjoyed my stay at Riu Latino. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe while on the resort. The food was pretty good. The buffet has a lot of options. I tried one of the mediterranean restaurant's and it was good. The others were always fully booked when we tried go eat there. The room are very clean and updated. The only con is they don’t have room service so after a certain time at night you can only get food from the sport bar. And the options are limited. Nevertheless, I had a great time with the experience they provided. Great live shows and amazing parties.

We stayed for 5 nights. Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Food was okay, lots of it, wide variety. Food could be refreshed halfway through the dinner evening (not as fresh at 8pm compared to 6pm opening). Disliked the 40min vehicle ride to and from the resort. Far from popular amenities such as Coco Bongo club (30min Uber ride). Disliked the construction to the north of the resort. Loud construction woke us up at 0800h on a hangover day (haha). Riu Neon Party was a bust, babies/kids running around/apart of the party. We left that party within 5 minutes. Silent disco was fun! Entertainment was 10/10 funny. We made a lifelong friend in one of the bartenders. Overall, good experience.

The staff and property were wonderful! It was nice to not be constantly approached for promotions etc. lots of entertainment, food accommodations, and a good overall atmosphere. The only complaints, are the Asian restaurant and the Italian restaurants could use some improvement, but everything else was top notch! 10/10

Only thing I did not like was that all the chairs were reserved by the pools early. I don’t know how you can stop that. Otherwise, we had a lovely visit.

The snack bar wasn’t that good , not fresh

One of the cleanest, prestine, friendly resorts. I would come back in a heartbeat. The entertainment team was top notch, the food was amazing, the resort offered every amenity and more. The beach was gorgerous but the water was a little rough.

This resort was awesome. Staff is always cleaning walkways, bathrooms, cleaning cups from around the pool. Staff in the dining area are very helpful, always smiling and the food has a lot of variety that you’ll find something you like if you’re picky. Great food quality and plenty of drinks at all meal times, bars & a drink cart that continually circles the pool. The party group prevents any potential boredom if you’re into the dances or yoga/TRX classes, or the night time entertainment. Something for everyone & they bring an assortment of drinks down to the beach. There are bathrooms and additional food down by the pools and another bathroom by the sports bar if there is a line (which is rare and only 3 people deep even at the busier times) The drinks in your fridge and the rum/vodka/gin/tequila are a great addition to the rooms so you can bring your big drink mug fill up with ice from your floor and then head to the pool. The resort is clean & modern. No need to bring additional snacks like we did (unless an allergy is present) as the sports bar has snacks and you can always grab some extra food from the buffet and bring the plate to your room. Rooms also have body wash/shampoo, conditioner & hand soap so don’t bring your own unless you’re very particular. Overall we would come back and recommend others. Oh, and they do have a variety of poolmusic - but bring your own speaker once the music goes off after 5pm. Lots of space, big pools and lounge chairs. Towels are provided.

Very modern and accomodating, alot of animation, feels safe, nice beach, always smiling staff and cleanliness over the top! Would have stayed instead of changing resort

A little nervous this is my first time at RIU transportation was easy. Clean and beautiful resort. Beautiful and friendly staff. Pools were always cleaned morning and night. Loved it most importantly room was spotless

Overall a great resort! All of the staff was friendly. Great vibe and music. Our only recommendations would be to have more restrooms throughout the resort and snacks in the rooms.

No one picked us at the airport, though was included on the Expedia package , hotel says wasn’t they fault, that was Expedia responsibility.Other than that the hotel was great .
