Beautiful property, cleanest resort we have seen in a long time, gracious staff who care about the guests and go the extra mile, options for different traveler needs such as party pool with loud music VS quiet pools, food was a cut above many places we have stayed, beautiful property overall!!

Very pleasant stay at the resort. The staff were very helpful and catered to all our needs. The resort was cleaned often and the room was very clean and spacious. The pool activities were very interesting and kept us busy. Would definitely be staying in this resort on my next visit to Cancun.

After staying in the hotel, i've got things all over my body. There might be a bed bug or i dont know whats wrong with it. But after staying there first day next day i got things all over my body so i give your hotel 0. The room smells like toilet water, it was terrible i hated it!

When arrive to property there is a big wow factor, from loby can see pool and ocean in one shot. overall like property kept clean all day, the food was good.
If you want to party there is free shuttle busses to Riu Party. Overall it meets my expectations.
