JW Marriott Hotel Monterrey Valle

No s un Hotel muy bonito con muy buen mobiliario y muy céntrico. Me quedaría de nuevo. Pero necesitan nuevas sábanas porque están percudidas. Y el área ejecutiva igual muy bonita buenos muebles. Pero las opciones de alimento y más de bebida son mínimas. No hay vino , como que ponen las cosas una vez y las retiran en la noche y a las dos horas ya la comida se ve fea y seca. Los muebles les faltan cojines. Los muebles son bonitos pero no cómodos. Se ve que lo diseñaron muy bien pero no los han mantendido. Yo pagaría más si estuviera bien. El desayuno en el restaurante principal muy bueno. Espero no dejen caer el hotel pareciera que como tiene muy buena ocupación se ve de solo y no hay que mantenerlo.

Excellent hotel. great location

Great location in San Pedro and a well-maintained property. Bar and restaurant was ok but overpriced for the quality (especially breakfast). We were disappointed in the pool but perhaps Monterrey’s smog is as much to blame

Clean , safe hotel

Yes the only downside was that there is no smoking anywhere by the pool even though it’s outside

No me volveria a hospedar. Mal trato en el Bar, preguntando todo el tiempo si eramos huespedes y mandarnos a la habitacion. Corrernos de.las areas comunes por que estaban cerradas. Ser seguidos hasta la habitacion por el.personal de seguridad , como si no stuvieramos hospedados. Y faltarnos al.respeto . No se preocupan por.el cliente..mejor busquen otra opcion.

Breakfast menu was fresh. They should add European Coldcuts

Room very nice in every corner and touch. That is what you pay for. I would love if these places were a bit bigger. Rooms are very small.

Nice hotel but the check-in was terrible I came in early to see if I could get a room before 3 pm I understand the rules, but they gave me false expectations, as I moved into my room at about 3:30

Staff could do better

Very nice hotel, most likely the best hotel in Monterrey, also very expensive.

Very good breakfast and a lot of close restaurants and shooping
