The service waa great. Just the bathrooms acomodations wasn't the more comfortable. We were 3 people in a 2 bed room and we have to undress in front of each other cause is not space for it before you jump in the shower.

The water in the shower is boiling and you cannot control it.Can you imagine that!!! It takes maintenance hours to come to the room to fix aircondition that is not working.

I did enjoy the help from the reception team members Giovani and Diego. Congrats to you all for having such educated people helping me ....thanks

This was my first time in MXC and this property was very accommodating. The employees were very helpful. We had the free breakfast which makes a huge difference if you’re only there for a short period and want to explore the city, without having to uber to other locations. So the first day we had breakfast out and that alone was 3 hours “wasted “ and set us behind schedule but obviously if you want to check out other places for breakfast just know the traffic in Mexico is no joke and will set your itinerary behind. So the next couple of days, it helped to have breakfast there and it was good and the staff is attentive and very helpful if you have question. The room was smoke free! Clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed on the 11 floor It was pretty quiet. The a/c was blasting and kept us cold. I didn’t get a chance to see the bar but my BF went to the gym in the morning and he said it was nice.

Slight hiccup to start as had to get key activated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent, offered a good selection. Stayed for Valentine's Day will make it an annual visit. So many things located around the hotel.

Front desk responsive, rooms are modern and comfortable. Was a surprise to have shower robes and slippers, good coffee machine. Valet parking available and quick to have the car ready for us.

All employees, especially Juan, at the restaurant, did excellent service for the room 1202 on which we stayed in from December 8-16. Thank you!

En general todo bien excepto que los trastes duran horas en los pasillos y varias veces no te atienden en el restaurante para ofrecerte café pero el gimnasio, el personal y la comida todo bastante bien.

The first room that I had, the shower was broken and water was all of the floor. The night front desk person acted as if I should have known the shower was broken. Luckily, I called and called until the morning person came, and I was placed into another room and everything was fine afterwards. The staff who serve breakfast in the morning were so nice and accommodating!

Nice hotel, very convenient location, you can easily find restaurants nearby and it’s safe to walk around. Hotel was very clean, rooms are comfy and breakfast was good! Would recommend.
