Playa de La Paz by Lumina

This is definitely a must go to stay in La Paz. The condo was extremely spacious and very clean, surprisingly so. We had an outrageous view on the bottom floor where we were able to open up the entire back side of the house and walk out to our pool and then the semi private beach.

The photos don’t make justice to how great it is. The views from the terrace (and living room, and bedrooms, basically from the the entire apartment) are stunning- ocean views and sunset! They have room service every other day, they supply the basics - toilet paper, dishes detergent, some water bottles, coffee, etc. well equipped with brand new appliances and there is also an option for room service if you need. Right on the beach, one of the best beaches in La Paz, but obviously cold as every west coach beach- same for the pool, just set proper expectations (it is not about the property, it is about the location). Wonderful experience, we definitely recommend.

Even with temporary construction next door nothing can ruin this paradise

Beautiful condo. Easy access from highways, good secure parking onsite, 24/7 security, private beach, walking distance to marina for fishing. Short drive to downtown and Mala on.

The concierge and security staff are fist rate! This staff will go above and beyond for the guests.

The property is incredible, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the condominiums for 2 weeks in January, 2023 and loved it. The condo was well equipped and anything we needed was available from the concierge. Highly recommend

We liked the property overall. The interior was very nice, we would have appreciated having a few small items stocked in the unit prior to arrival - just basic stuff like dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, a few spices. The pool was nice. Unfortunately, on certain days the smell from the refinery are pretty strong, hard to use the beach and pool on these days. These neighboring facilities and the barking dogs at adjacent residences are probably enough that we won't be back.

These are considered to be the finest condominiums in La Paz and it’s obvious why. The complex has an enormous pool, and it’s on private beach. The condominium some selves are spacious and modern.

Property was clean and secure

Great place. Clean and quiet and close enough to el centro. We rented a couple of bikes for most of the week and rode into downtown La Paz everyvday for breakfast. The dedicated bike path starts a couple hundred yards south of the complex along the malecón and beyond for miles. Lots of fun!!

Beautiful, luxurious place! Super peaceful. Lee, the concierge, was very helpful. Lovely, empty beach, and a very short drive to town and to the northern beaches. There was a slight smell of sewage at times. We couldn’t tell if it was a sewage smell or a rotting pond smell and couldn’t tell where it was coming from… with that being said, we would stay here again.

Playa de la paz is a great spot, perfect location, quiet and safe. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and it was more than we expected. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and have everything you could need. Li and her team made this such a great time for us.

The perfect property. There are no words no capture how beautiful this place is, both inside and out. Great spacious layout, huge outside space and incredible views. Clean, safe and helpful staff. Hope to go back soon.

It was very very nice must do again

This venue is absolutely stunning!!! A must stay while visiting La Paz. The resort sits right on the beach so of course the views are amazing. The rooms inside are beautiful and spacious. The pool is nice and cool and spacious. There is a bar and tennis courts and volleyball courts on site. The only thing missing is an on-site restaurant. However they do offer many services including a private chef that comes to your room and cooks for you either from a preset menu or you can make a request. And their chef is amazing!! Last but definitely not least our concierge Liuditiza was amazing! She made our stay that much more enjoyable. Any questions we had she was quick to respond. She made sure our fridge was fully stocked with cold water. She called taxis for us any time of the day and night. She was very accommodating! I highly recommend this resort for your next stay.

Enjoyed couple days at this resort and it was amazing so relaxing. We loved our stay. Lee at the concierge was so pleasant and very helpful.
