The maids did not clean the sink and the shower, the matresses were old they need a change, breakfast needs a variety not only "chilaquiles" every day. The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful. Furniture, matresses and lamps need a change.

We had booked this hotel about 2yrs ago and don’t recall having the same bad experience as we did this year. the “accessible rooms” were not even accessible, like no extra space at all. My man couldn’t even shower bc his wheelchair couldn’t fit to go in through the door, on the first night my daughter got pink eye idk if they even wash the pillows probably not . The phone line was cut in the room (which I should’ve took a pic too) so I couldn’t even call front desk if we needed anything…I had to call from my cell phone which they didn’t answer btw so I had to go out of my way and walk downstairs and the clerk was doing her makeup lmao smh also from like 10am-2pm there’s no type of food available,I was DONE, My husband was DONE and my daughter was DONE. We were originally staying for 6 nights and and cut it short to 2 nights and left to Krystal urban BEST DECISION ever! And I’m the type to never leave reviews but I just had to

Everything was good, the only problem we found was the wifi, not signal the alll....we have to move close to the door, or the bathroom.

Could have better cleanliness standards.

Super dirty, no water and when we had whater , there was no hot water, staff super nice

Me hospedé en temporada de Pal' Norte con un amigo, las habitaciones del piso 3 cumplen con lo que ofrecen, agua caliente, cama cómoda, desayuno de cortesía, aire acondicionado etc. Lo único malo es que no sirven las caminadoras y el Wi-Fi se satura

There was hair all over the bedsheets. The towels were dirty. And this was my second time to book with them. First time I had an issue with the room being dirty and I told them and they did take care of it and so I thought OK maybe I just got a bad room decided to book the second time I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and it was worse. Never again will I book with them they’re just dirty.
