Bed hard as a rock. Air conditioner made popping noises all night long. No hand towels or wash cloths. Remote for TV did not work. Entry key for room had to be reprogrammed at least once a day for the entire stay which required a trip to the front desk.. Breakfast which you pay for was awful. I will never stay here again. Expedia should remove this hotel from their line up.

I almost didn't stay here because there were a number of bad comments. I have nothing but good to say. It's new, clean, everything works. Fast internet, full breakfast and cheap (for Queretaro). Walking distance to the largest mall in Latin America. 15 min drive to the historic center. The young receptionist in the mornings was friendly, smiling and helpful. Thumbs up.

The hotel canceled our reservations for no reason, we had 3 rooms and ended up with only one available. They had no towels and there were mice in the rooms.

Will never come back. The hotel has no elevator, the beds are like if you were lying on a rock and the pillows are the worst I've ever had. The worst part was that the hotel ran out of water and we weren't able to take a bath. The TV remote control didn't work and the rooms were very noisy.

The hotel is clean and seems very new, but there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage watch out, there are 5 floors. The beds are extra extra firm so if your used to a soft bed might not work for you. The shower in our room leaked water so the restroom flooded every time you took a shower, the staff is nice. Overall if your just wanting to have a place to sleep its fine, but not good for extended stays.
