Food just right. Indoor spa perfect.

A lovely stay in all respects - the pool and outside area are magnificent - except the most critical one: sleep (also, be aware that basic rooms are very small). Despite it being 22 degrees in October, we later discovered the hotel had decided it was no longer summer so aircon had been replaced with heating - but guests didn’t know, so we set it at 21 degrees, didn’t open a window and it was too hot and stuffy to sleep well. This spoiled an otherwise great experience. What a shame.

What an amazing place! Fantastic staff, fantastic facilities and such a beautiful location. Only part we didn't enjoy was when we had to leave!

The parking was overly confusing and difficult. Staff spoke barely any English, and it took 3 hours to fix a simple room key issue, effectively ruining our first day

The hotel location was wonderful. Breakfast was ample and excellent. The hotel amenities and restaurants were excellent. The pool was especially lovely and was near the sea. The only thing that I could recommend improving would be adding a tea service in the room and doing some updating in the room as it was starting to look a little frayed around the edges. The balcony was also very nice.

About a 5 minute drive from the bus station, the property had a variety of facilities which kept us occupied for the 3 night stay. Lots of food, bars and kids activities nearby. Beautiful clean swimming water and access to the lounges when staying at the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of food options and staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel and staff. Only issue is the noise from the surrounding beach/night clubs which is not the hotels fault. You cannot sit out in the evening anywhere in this resort after 10pm as the beach clubs seem to compete for the loudest sound system. The music they play is appalling as well!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, vor allem im Spa-Bereich. Für diese Jahrrzeit ein sehr tolles Hotel, da man sowohl das warme Meer als auch den Innenpool sehr gut nutzen kann. Frühstück sehr reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Sehr zu empfehlen

Bedst jo tættere du lå på poolbaren og desværre også børnepoolen! Ingen wifi på molen, hvor vi ellers helst ville have ligget, væk fra støj. MEGET lydt. Kan høre hvis nogen går ude på gangen, døre der åbnes/lukkes. Boede på 4. etage (vær 402 og 419) lige under tagterrassen hvor der hver morgen kl 5:40-6:20 blev rykket rundt på møbler og det samme igen kl 23:30 og 1/2 time frem. Påtalte det i receptionen og på tagterrassen. Lød til det var et kendt problem. De næste par dage var det bedre og så var der lige så meget støj igen. Klagede endnu en gang, men det blev ikke bedre. Meget generende. du skal ikke bo på 4.Sal!!! Musik ved poolen samt folk havde deres egne små højtalere. Længere nede ad gaden: hoppeborg, mini tivoli og hvad der følger med! Stort udvalg til morgenmad, men for lidt udvalg af friskskåret frugt. Brød og juice var under niveau for et firestjernet hotel. Svært at tørre badetøj i lille badeværelse (vi havde ikke altan) manglede tørr
