Great experience!! The real Morocco :-) Everyone was SO FRIENDLY and the service was excellent. Printing services work - breakfast was TOP OF THE POPS, orange juice was the best, the staff was also very pretty and handsome - great, nice and friendly people - ALL OF THEM - Keep up the good work! Tried to find a fault, but couldn't - Top marks 5/5 !!! A++

Very nice stay and nice hotel. Please do something about the floor surfaces in the showers, though. They are dangerously and unreasonably slippery. No mats provided.

When we checked in, they said they had no rooms left even though we had paid for them so we waited for 1h before they miraculously found two rooms, even if the receptionist was convinced to not give us the rooms as he didn’t have them.
The beds were a bit hard to sleep on and there was no hot water at night to shower.
Apart from all of that, the location is good and the staff in general is friendly.
