Well, this place is truly excellent. It is a beautiful Riad that has been renovated to an extremely high standard situated in the Medina. You can book airport transfers, tours etc through the Riad directly and they are of a good standard and reasonably priced. All of the staff, without exception, are customer service orientated to an extremely high standard. From the cleaning staff to the management, all staff want you to have a great stay They simply cannot do enough for you. Our room was wonderful with a nice large comfortable bed. Free water is provided together with biscuits and fruit. Free Wi-Fi is good. All furnished in keeping with the Riad. The room is serviced in the morning and the evening. There is air conditioning/heating. There is no TV.
The food is of a high quality. The breakfast is included and is served with a good selection. The eggs are cooked to order.
The evening meal offers traditional dishes, an Italian menu and an international menu.
The food is once again of high quality.
The Riad is in the Medina and the alleyways can initially be overwhelming. The hotel provides an escorted service out of the Medina. They also give you a mobile phone which you can use for google maps but also to ring the hotel if you get lost, want a cab etc.
In summary I cannot praise this Riad enough. If you are staying in Marrakesh try and get booked in

Loved the terrace, and quiet places to relax. The bedroom was lovely. The staff were truly amazing, so helpful always smiling, nothing too much trouble. Going back asap!

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff and service is amazing. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and make you happy. The hotel is located in the old Medina so area around the hotel is residential neighborhood that’s run down but it is part of the charm of staying in this section of town.

Riad Kheirredine felt like a beautiful oasis when we arrived there fresh from the desert. Friendly staff members met us wherever our tour bus decided to drop us off, and carried our luggage through the city to the Riad. From that moment on we were taken care of completely. The staff was lovely and helpful, anticipating every need. Our room was beautiful, far exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is great, and they have a coveted liquor license which pairs especially well with the multiple rooftop lounges. I loved everything about this hotel, and can't wait to visit again. I would love to stay here again. I cannot name enough staff members who have made this stay so memorable and enjoyable but Kareem and Khaled were especially nice.
All facilities were fantastic and I cannot recommend this stay enough.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facility was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. It is not conveniently located, but the extent of staff assistance on every aspect of our stay more than made up for that. Recommend highly.

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, offering personalized service that went above and beyond. The riad itself is stunning, and we stayed in the beautiful Sandal Suite, which combined traditional Moroccan design with modern comfort.
The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot, offering incredible views of the city and Atlas Mountains—perfect for relaxing with a drink. The breakfasts were exceptional, with fresh, delicious Moroccan dishes that really added to the experience.

Key word here is hospitality. Upon arriving you are met with your host who discusses, recommends, and ultimately facilitates everything you could think of. They have thought of everything to include giving you a local phone with Google Maps and WhatsApp and a good signal to help navigate the tricky Medina Area.
Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality. It set the highest bar of any hotel I have stayed at before to include the Marriott Luxury lines.

Riad Kheirredine was lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the warm welcome to lovely fresh produce at breakfast, fruit and water in the room and a friendly guide from the square to the Riad which is tucked away along a network of alleys.
The inside of the Riad was beautiful with orange trees and a number of beautiful places to sit and relax. We ate breakfast every day on the terrace with great views over the rooftops.Our room was a good size with a lovely bath, comfortable bed and a sofa to relax on.

This is a special experience. The staff are exceptional in their service and care. We felt reassured throughout. The breakfast individually served is delicious and perfectly judged. If you want a hotel with gym and TV then this isn’t for you but if you want attention to detail and every effort to made for you to be happy in Marrakesh then you will be delighted. Amazing property with outstanding staff in a great location within the Medina. They offer some extra touches that really stand out, like chaperones and a mobile phone to help you navigate, mint tea and water throughout the day and the most huge breakfast - so big you won't need lunch. The hammam/spa is small but good as is the roof top pool and there are plenty of shady spots to relax in comfort and style. A true gem.

We both wanted to thank you all for the great time we had at the Riad. Everything was above our expectations, from the room upgrade, the surprise birthday cake and the possibility to stay longer in our room the day of our departure.
Said that what we will always remember is the high level of hospitality and kindness from everyone in the team and how everyone was making sure we had everything we need to have the best of our time in Marrakesh. We felt we were literally spoiled during our time here.

Riad Kheirredine is a true gem. If you are after an authentic Marrakech experience combined with a 5 star boutique hotel experience, then this is where to stay. The atmosphere, the staff, the service, the food is exceptional. The neighborhood around it could feel unsafe for a single female traveler but that’s part of the overall Medina experience and the Riad Kheirredine makes every effort to facilitate getting in and out of the neighborhood. The location is very close to one of the nicest Marrakech allies, close to the Secret Garden and other nice places. Highly recommended
