We had a truly memorable time at Les Orangers D'Alilia. This Riad was beautiful. The rooms were well appointed, expertly decorated, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Our stay was highlighted with tasty meals, day trips and quiet spaces to rest from our busy days. The most memorable part of our stay
was the staff. Youssef was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and eager to assist us whenever needed. Fathia's lamb and chicken couscous and peach tart were my favorite dishes in Marrakech. And Rashida always kept our room clean and met our requests with a warm smile. Even Joelle, the owner, kept in touch with us via text messages when we had questions about rugs and acceptable pricing. We highly recommend staying here.

A hidden gem, the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We stayed 3 nights and had an amazing meal on our last night, the breakfast was "out of this World ". A big thanks to Joelle and her team, we highly recommend Riad Les Orangers d'Alilia for a very relaxing, accommodating stay.

The staff was so helpful and the Riad very lovely. So many nice personal touches. Room design could have been a little roomier around the bed/bathroom, but quiet and comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk or so to restaurants, but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle deeper in the medina.

Great service. Yoseff was a wonderful host and always attended to our needs. The rooms are cozy with a warm welcoming style. Breakfast was delicious and the common area was a soothing retreat from the bustling streets. One of our rooms had a musty smell, it may not have been used in a while. The other room was wonderful.

Really lovely riad with fabulous staff and food and in a safe and convenient location. The staff will organise things for your convenience e.g. taxis but be warned its much more expensive. We did a day trip to the atlas mountains where we hiked up a mountain to panoramic views, would definitely recommend if wanting to escape the city.

Beautiful Riad with the most Amazing host and staff. When Boho meets Oriental decor this is how it looks. Spectacular decoration and every detail makes sense. Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect close to everything yet very quiet. Breakfast on the rooftop terraces was delicious. Staying in this riad is staying in your new home. Yourself, Ghizlaine, Hassania, Hichame and Joelle will become your family members. They are all amazing humans with a big smile to greet you throughout the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING US FEEL LIKE HOME. I am highly recommending this place if you are looking for the real Moroccan lifestyle and people.

The hospitality is amazing. Located a little bit away from the main action (I was at a work conference) so will need to get a cab into the centre if you don’t fancy a 30 minute walk. But peaceful and tranquil surroundings and the breakfast is DELICIOUS.

This is a beautiful Riad, located in the old city, down a tiny walkway, but once you enter it's like stepping in to a tranquil oasis. The decor is very beautiful and makes you feel like home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Yousef the night manager is outstanding and very professional but also warm and friendly. During the earthquake he looked after all the guests like family and made us all feel very safe. The food which is all freshly prepared is amazing. Breakfast was a feast every morning and dinner was a Moroccan delight. I highly recommend this Riad and will definitely be returning. Well done to Madam Joelle for creating such a wonderful environment in the midst of a very busy city.

The owner was very rude to us, even though the mistake with the reservation was only hers. My brother and I reserved a room with two beds and was confirmed. Once we arrived, she said that it will be complicated to give us two beds and she refused to credit us, even though “Booking “ contacted her and requested a refund. Her attitude is unpleasant and unprofessional to say the least.

Our stay at the Riad was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, our every need was catered to, particularly by Youseff. He is the most dedicated and caring person we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The free breakfast was both enormous and delicious! The riad is located within the Medina, making every sight accessible by foot. Our room was perfect with daily cleaning and even had personal touches for our visit. We highly recommend anyone to visit this Riad and when we return to Marrakech in the future we will be returning!

El riad es bonita, tiene buena ambientación y detalles y tal vez lo mejor es su desayuno. Por su precio es uno de los Riad caros de la medina sin embargo no estar tan bien ubicado, el taxi te deja a un par de cuadras por lo que hay que caminar con maletas. tal vez lo peor fue que el aire acondicionado de la habitación nunca funciono y pasamos mucho calor por la noche.

If you stay here, you will never want to leave. Best hospitality we have ever experienced anywhere. Please have breakfast and dinner here if you can. Youssef was so sweet, he really took care of us well. We have another 7 weeks of travel ahead, and this riad has spoiled our expectation of every other place we will be staying. From the moment we arrived to a mint tea and local sweet treats welcome, the staff could not do enough for us. So friendly and helpful we felt like VIP's! The Riad was an oasis of calm, incredibly quiet, day and night though only just off the bustle of the street. Very convenient for exploring the city and the area felt safe to walk around.
The Riad itself is beautiful, light and airey with lots of shady sitting areas and a lovely roof terrace if you want the sun.
Room was small but perfect with a delightful private sitting area as well as a bedroom and bathroom.
We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This riad is in the medina so that was fun! As busy as the medina is, the riad is really beautiful inside and relaxing and has a wonderful rooftop terrace. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. I would have stayed longer if I had known how nice it would be.

My partner and I had a lovely 4 night stay at Riad Les Orangers d’Alilia - a tranquil space offering respite from the hustle and bustle of Marrkech.
We stayed in the Sofia room, which was perfect, comfortable, very tastefully decorated with a French/ Moroccan feel.
We were spoilt at breakfast daily, with a beautiful & different spread each morning - orange juice fresh from their own orange trees, mint tea, fruit, homemade cakes, breads and treats.
Located within the Medina, but a short walk from the main square, we found it to be the perfect balance, a little quieter but still in the heart of the city. I particularly enjoyed the walk into the centre which led you through Kasbah and a revealed a less touristic Marrkech, with traditional food stalls, the smoke of bouriats come the evening and the odd donkey drawn cart.
Staff were very attentive throughout, making for an fantastic stay!
