I wanted to love this place but the standards for the money was subpar…. Getting towels cleaned and delivered daily with the cleaning service was an issue the restaurant service was horrible as of there was no management at all…. Slow service not attentive at all … waited 22 minutes for a cappuccino at breakfast… then when the food finally came it’s was cold and not cooked to the temp I asked it for. Wouldn’t stay again…. Not for what they are asking to stay here.

I booked via Hotels. Com and when I arrived at the hotel they did not have a family room or interleading room. I contacted hotels.com and chatted to an agent by the name Alvin. The booking was cancelled with hotels. com and the agent confirmed the cancellation and full refund. The hotel receptionist contacted the manager of the hotel and a full refund was confirmed. Two days later I contacted hotels.com only to realize the accommodation was not cancelled. They were only able to refund the two days an not the first day. I will never use hotels.com again.

Lovely hotel and views. Love the layout of the rooms. Clean rooms. Love the additional amenities in the room e.g. microwave, refrigerator, plates and cutlery in case you need to use them. Great location - situated midway between Walvis Bay and Swakopmund, beach is a few meters away, pool playground and braai facilities close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist arranged our local tour activities which was appreciated. Lovely restaurant which surpasses local restuarants by far. Breakfast was average.
Negative: No shower caps provided although rooms only have showers. Room service trays and food covers are a necessity - it is not ok for plates for room service orders to be carried by hand and further not be covered.
