The hotel is in a great location, was visually pleasant, and has the best staff ever. Personable and friendly. Highly recommend staying here. Don’t be afraid to ask the staff for help in any way. The spa is top notch and the kitchen is highly skilled. 10 out of 10

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. This hotel is quiet and nice, away from busy street, and I was able to stay comfortably. Overall I am happy with my stay and think it was good value. The only thing is free airport transformation. I made a request when booking but got a confirmation email in the morning of my arrival day. I was not aware of the email and ended up with arranging transportation on my own. I wish I was able to receive a confirmation on the previous day. Other than that overall it was a good stay.

This is an amazing hotel. Everything was top notch. Soft, clean beds, heated (and cooled) rooms, excellent services. Highly recommended for post treking or just staying in Kathmandu. Very good price, ideal location. Breakfast and all-day coffee included.

I truly appreciate this property and the staff. They are definitely helpful. They went well above what was expected. Additionally, the rooms are well kept, and the food on premises is quite wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone who would like to stay in the Thamel area.

I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The staff is first rate. Truly helpful. Especially, Choten Sherpa at the concierge desk. The rooms are very clean, the food in the restaurant is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was gorgeous. The fruit juice offered on checking in was beautiful and a nice touch.
The staff were there to help in any way needed.
Restaurant recommendations or places to see on foot. The chips with the dinners were absolutely gorgeous. I don't know the secret, but they were amazing. The breakfast omelettes were fantastic too. I stayed here twice on my trip and would do so again. Highly recommended.

I wonder how it was considered as 4 star hotel in the first place. Highly doubt about all the 10/10 reviews, if those are paid reviews. Stayed several hotel in Nepal in 10 days, but none of the hotel was misguided like this. The pictures shown in the sites are at least 5 years old. No wonder why they offer low price for so called 4 star hotel. It’s a 2 star hotel who claims they are 4 star. Booked their premium suits and it was just a bad maintained place. Not going back there again for sure.

Great location, excellent and very helpful owner and staff! They made all arrangement for day trips and assisted with travel to Pokhara, immediately attended to every request. Hotel is calm and peaceful amid the bustle and noise of Thames. I highly recommend this hotel.
