It was a fresh clean room with everything we needed. The staff were particularly kind and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

The only draw back is absence of the elevator. I have to walk up about 38 steps each time to my 2nd floor room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The place is wonderful and cozy. I love it :)

Over rated over priced hostal this is not what i would call a hotel no service atall reception closed i think 4 pm out of city centre difficult to find not near tram sytem i would not stay here again

Hotel nice and clean.
Room is in the attic so half of the room you cant stand up. Also nowhere it was nentioned that there is no elecator and the stairs are curling and very hard to carry the laggage.. totally not worth the orice paid for 1 night.

We had a lovely room under the eves. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is easy access to public toilets and we were able to walk to the port in about 20 minutes.
The only issue was hauling our heavy suitcases up two steep flights of stairs. So thankful for the staff who helped us.

A relatively small room, but it had everything we needed. The stairs were quite steep. Loved that they had a common space/bar on the first floor with seating, board games etc. Would stay again.

Nice hotel which is clean but a little dated. We had one with a tight window and the window is not able to be opened (air con in room tho!).
Quite close to everything, so we didn’t really need public transport. 15-20 min walk to most parts that guides reccomend.
