Our stay was amazing! Everything was very well curated and also very comfortable. I especially loved that the amenities were Aesops! Everyone who worked there were nice and even gave us a tour to the office space. It was a bit far out from other places, but it was a nice walk next to the zoo. I would stay here again.

They made it a splendid birthday stay, all the way down to some delicious local Kola in glass bottles for me & a sweet welcome/bday card. The breakfast was tasty, & the little touches in the room like the fresh tulips really made me smile. Definitely stay here.

Really great base for staying in Amsterdam. Great, quirky property and very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms (a bit like a studio flat) were clean, comfortable and spacious. We ate breakfast there on 2 mornings and this was very fresh and beautifully prepared. We walked to almost everywhere in Amsterdam from our accommodation.

I prefer to stay closer to the centre usually but this was about a 20 minute straight road away, or a couple stops on public transportation. Actual hotel was great! Very clean and beds were super comfortable. One thing I would say is a full length mirror is needed in the room as there is only a bathroom mirror so not the greatest for two girls! Outside terrace was beautiful and peaceful. Arienne the host was so helpful and accommodating!

Amazing place to stay in Amsterdam! The room was spotless, and perfectly laid out with a separate kitchen/dining area. The area was in a quiet section of town but still very close to everything. I would definitely stay there again!

The bed and breakfast is on the first floor of the main building that belongs to two architects.,The business is in the ground floor, the accommodation and dining room is on the first floor. The rooms are very modern and spacious with a kitchen/dining area having a fridge and crockery etc. You could very easily dine in your room/ apartment as long as their is no cooking involved as there is no cooking facilities. Excellent bathroom with shower and the most delightful aromatherapy products. Large bed and a television on the wall. The wardrobe is just a tubular item with hanging rail and a couple of shelves. My only concern but is only a minor thing is a little more storage for your clothes and personal things. The breakfast is stunning with yogurt fresh fruit, home made bread, jam. Boiled egg with a cheese board with a selection of cold fresh ham. Fresh Nespresso coffee or tea and freshly sweezed orange juice. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The roof top garden is exquisite with wonderful potted plants where we sat enjoying a glass of wine away from the extremely busy city. To walk into the city takes about 15/20 mins. There is close by the Science Museum, Nautical Museum, Botanical Gardens, The Zoo and an enormous windmill. At the bottom of the street of the hotel is a couple of restaurants one is an Italian which was fabulous so we ate there twice. Overall we had a great time in Amsterdam and could highly recommend staying at Stout & Co.

We loved our stay at Stout & co. The hotel is unique from the personalized greeting to the decorative touches. The bedroom had heated floors, a separate sitting room, lovely bathroom products and a very interesting mini bar. We did not use the breakfast option as we wanted to explore out. There is free wifi but the coverage was mostly limited to the sitting area of the room. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to restaurants and cafés.

My wife and I booked this place as our last stop on our honey moon for one night. It was the most well put together and designed place we stayed at during our honey with the comfiest bed. The host that greeted us, Ariena I believe, was so kind and helpful. She made our check in and check out very easy. She also called for a taxi to take us to the train station. We wished we could stay a few more days to enjoy the place fully and explore Amsterdam from this fun and convenient location. Thanks again Stout & Co.

Excelent small apartment with exquisitely comfortable bed and luxury bathroom with pampering Aesop toiletries. An interesting ex brewery conversion sitting on top of a design/architecture publishing house in a great area to the east of the City. Room with kitchenette fully met the on-line description. A stylish room perfect for exploring the delights of Amsterdam on foot, bike or public transport.
