Was here for a working trip. Great place to stay,very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed.good choice of places to eat and food was excellent and reasonably priced.

It was a good place to stay - Large room and accomodationg staff. It was for a stop over so did not use the hotel for full potentia. Had breakfast at the restaurant and definitelt differewnt than Canadian standards but we are in a different country to when in Rome.

We were greeted with a smile and made us at home and went beyond like did surprise my husband on his birthday with balloons in the room when we arrived. When yiu request something they will do their best to accommodate you. The facilities all good like the gym and swimming pool and can rent a bike to go around the area, superb 👌

Rooms really do need a deep clean. Mold above the shower. Limescale build up in the toilet and shower heads. Bed had a big sharp piece of wood underneath. Windows were dirty. Stains around the room and wallpaper was ripped in places.
On a positive note, common areas were excellent clean and looked great. The bar was brilliant and the pool/ gym far exceeded our expectations!
Staff were very helpful and polite at every turn including the cleaning staff, security, reception and bar staff. We felt welcomed and helped whenever we spoke to somebody.
Location is a bit far out from the centre for tourists but it’s not that bad with the great bus system.
Better signage on the way in to point you to the reception would be helpful as the concierge entrance looks like the main entrance.
Our last night there was a lot of loud children from the sports centre in the hotel drinking and smoking everywhere which was a little intimidating for a young family so perhaps extra security would have been good on a night like that as they were up all night causing disturbance.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Loved our stay. We booked three double rooms for one night and they were all upgraded at check-in by reception team. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were modern, comfortable, clean and fresh. TV was modern with screen sharing which was great to see.
Vast hotel with a decent size pool. Would stay again without hesitation. Word of warning food in hotel is expensive so best to eat outside of hotel if you wish to save money.

We stayed here ahead of an early morning flight.
Refurnished room was nice inside but as they were still renovating we couldn't use the balcony.
There was a function going on in the bar which meant we werent able to get some drinks & dinner. Given the rating of the a la carte we avoided.
