We’ve had a very pleasant 4 day stay. We were warmly greeted on arrival & all staff were helpful throughout our stay. Our room was excellent with a very comfy bed & whirlpool bath. The variety & choices at breakfast was very good & we enjoyed the food in the restaurant so much we ate dinner there each evening.
The hotel shuttle bus was really helpful as we were able to easily get to the airport for other travel links to explore the local area. We highly recommend

Very lovely hotel stay. Fantastic breakfast buffet, best I've had in Europe and good value for money. Lots of different food options available. The free shuttles to and from the hotel were a bonus and made travelling from the airport into the city centre a breeze. We also took advantage of the night shuttle which is an additional cost for one night when we were returning very late to the hotel. The hotel amenities were great and was lovely to have the option of utilising the pool for a morning swim and making use of the sauna and steam room.
Some negatives were the very rude breakfast staff. Turned my friend away from breakfast suggesting she hadnt paid even though I had come down earlier to pay for both of us and explicitly informed her when I entered. I had Genius benefits which I wasn't initially informed about at check in but we did manage to claim these later on.
Overall pleasant stay.

This is great choice if you are looking to do day trips in the area or want to visit Amsterdam and not take your car. There is a shuttle to the airport where you can catch the train or there’s also a public bus that will take you into Amsterdam too.

Fantastic hotel, everyone so friendly and helpful, excellent food covered all nationalities for breakfast, excellent value for money, free shuttle bus to the airport and from there you can get train, buses, etc onto city centre definitely recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and shuttle service to the airport was great and convenient for exploring as well. It was easy to catch a train from the airport to the city center and surrounding areas of Amsterdam. The hotel staff were fantastic and helpful! The amenities were wonderful, from the comfortable bed to the spacious shower and tub. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

This is a very large hotel with over 700 rooms. They handle the crowds very efficiently They had enough staff at the check in counter and enough rooms for meals and plenty of parking.
Our room was comfortable, clean, and the AC worked well.
We stayed here so that we could easily drive ourselves to Noordwijkerhout to see the Tulip Festival parade floats the Friday before the parade on Saturday. This was a great idea as we could walk around all the floats and take photos to our hearts content and marvel at the amazing construction with fragrant hyacinths.
They even had a float contributed by this hotel! It was very cute.
Staying here kept us out of the traffic around Schiphol, and using their shuttle bus made it easy to get to the airport when it was time to leave.

Great hotel with pool and gym. Service is great and the
Restaurant was perfect! You have to pay for coins to use the one washer and dryer near the pool , luckily I brought my own soap. Vending machine has bathingsuits and goggles for sale in the ironing room. The lobby has many available drinks and snacks. Checkout was at 12 so no rush leaving in the morning. The breakfast is superior!

Close to the airport around 10 minutes and about half an hour ride if you’re going to downtown. Great hotel with various amenities, room is spacious with balcony, spotless, and loved the service from the hotel staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Definitely one of our favorite hotels from now on and will stay here again!

The hotel is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Dinner was great and food cooked to perfection. There are so many choices from the breakfast brunch. My only issue was when checking in we stood there for an about 5-10 mind with no assistance. There were 6 people at different desk at the front. 1 was helping another guest, the others looked at us then looked back down and did not acknowledge us, one lady actually walked over to the lady helping the other guest and stood on the side watching her computer.I thought this was a one off experience but the following day I went to get a parking ticket and there were 3 ladies at the front, 3 men at the back. They all looked at me then back down, eventually one of the guys in the back said to one of the ladies “can you help her” she looked up and acknowledged me, because of this I opted for the express check out. As a person of color this is not a good experience and the 1st time I’ve ever experienced something like this. The lady who eventually checked us in ( she walked in while we were waiting)was wonderful and made us feel welcome
