Prima hotel, 2e keer hier geweest. Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk restaurant, lekker bed, corona maatregelen goed op orde. Alleen jammer dat er dan toch mensen zijn die daar lak aan hebben, maar daar kan het hotel weinig aan doen.

Leuk hotel naast natuurpark en naast snelweg. Sommige delen zijn gerenoveerd andere nog niet. Vriendelijk personeel, eten in t restaurant goed en goede prijskwaliteitsverhouding. Lobby ziet er gezellig uit.
Minpunten: Veel tapijt in de gangen en omdat de meeste mensen buiten in t bos hebben gewandeld zie je veel vlekken op t tapijt.

Hotel is heerlijk: personeel is geweldig (echt niemand uitgezonderd, iedereen is even vriendelijk en gastvrij); de kamer (familie) was helemaal af; het ontbijs was heerlijk evenals het diner; parkeren voor de deur, bossen om de hoek, enige, maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen, is het geluid van de snelweg, die direct langs het hotel loopt. Maar komend uit een grote stad hoor je dat ook niet meer.

Mooie omgeving vlak aan de Nationaal park. Neem hier zeker een lange wandeling en neem voor de kids een voetbal mee. De familiekamer is echter bijzonder gedateerd (jaren 80-90 look met veel beige en bruin). Ook doen niet alle functies het, zo zijn er meerdere lampen die niet werken. Bij het douchen loopt de douchebak eigenlijk direct vol en sta je met je voeten onder water. De familiekamer is echter wel erg ruim, mijn zoon kon in een eigen aansluitende kamer slapen. Tot slot zijn de wellness faciliteiten erg prettig, maar relatief klein voor het aantal bezoekers. Het wordt namelijk redelijk goed bezocht. Al met al, om het hotel hoef je het niet per se te doen (alhoewel andere kamers wel al een upgrade hebben gehad), maar qua locatie top.

The hotel was all right.
Wa had dinner at the hotel in the evening. The service was very long. We have ordered a bottle of water that came same time as the invoice... It was hard to get it off the invoice as well.
On the way back to the room, my wife has served herself a glass water at a refreshing point but she has been told by the hotel personal that she had ot ask for it. The person who told this was not kind.
It's a shame not getting water when ordered and being harcelled when you take it yourself at a point dedicated to this...
The pool is excellent.
