Nice place to stay in Queenstown. Spacious rooms.

Spacious apartment. Sticky bathroom floor - had to cover floor in towels to walk on it. Carpet was very wet near bathroom, musty smell. Couldn’t get TV in bedroom to work. Property in bad need of maintenance.

The front desk staff is nice and helpful. The room is very clean and well equipped with easy access for our elder people.

Good location - short walk into the town centre / lakeside. Very spacious room & bathroom. Lovely Mountain Views. Would benefit from some updating.

The manager, Cora, went above and beyond to make our stay GREAT. Cora was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even providing ice for us from her own fridge. The unit was spacious and cleaned very well. Great staff!

For starters the lady at reception was lovely and yes it’s peak season in Queenstown so the $270 tariff was probably a little too good to be true based around the pictures shown in the listing. However the first bad sign was the opened doors with the TV on with a roasting temperature. The logical place to power the fan was covered with an AP so fan number one had to run from kitchenette. Fam number two was broken and still in cupboard but fan number three was usable in the end room. The bathroom floor was incredibly sticky with feet or socks having to unpeel, the cited view was non-existant and the carpet looked to have DNA older than my 48 years lurking amongst it. In defence of the place it was incredibly accessible to the CBD and by positioning fans and closing curtains temperatures became bearable. Be careful of the stairway and treads, enjoy being out in Queenstown and do your best to line the bathroom floor with towels and you should be ok.

Owner was very accommodating to our group of 3, 1 of us was on crutches and manager was very helpful, concerned, friendly and kind.

Thank you to Cora and the team for looking after us. They were all happy to help. The apartments themselves are a little dated and the pictures showing the views over the lake do not reflect the reality…they were probably taken several years ago before buildings went in between. However, it is well situated, only a short walk from town and was good value compared to other accommodation in Queenstown.

It is walking distance to the downtown area and a nice park. Comfy beds but the tv in the bedroom didn’t work.

We stayed at the Amity Apartments in Jan 2025. It was enough for a quick one night stay. The apartment was dated but roomy enough.

We went for a ride on the Shotover jet and had meals delivered to the door. It was a lovely stay.

The accommodation was very roomy, separate bathroom, bedroom and large kitchen/living room. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. The bed was very comfy and we both slept well. It was a shame that overall the accommodation was a little tired. The basin in the bathroom was cracked, the toilet did not flush well and the floor was very sticky. Location was good, only 10 minutes walk into town.

All very good except bathroom needs updating.

We stayed in a ground floor 1 bed unit. Whilst they provided average amenities it was comfortable. The accomodation is located a 10 min walk out of town itself which we found no issue. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed a fun stay over new years celebrations.

Excellent location and has self service kitchen area. Perfect for anyone.

While the staff are helpful and the location very good, our unit was very outdated. The plumbing in the bathroom was very slow but the shower as hot. We had to put towels down to walk on the bathroom floor as it was so sticky, even socks would stick to it.
