The staff were incredible and i loved the breakfast buffet option as it was very reasonably priced..the service was amazing and the staff just couldnt do enough for us...especially the front desk ..thank you Hilton...we willbe back

Overnight stay as we landed 9:30pm. Arrived to hotel and were expecting some food options either in Hotel or nearby. All nearby options were closed. Hotel room service app was saying everything was unavailable. There wasn’t even a mini bar. Eventually managed to order some room service via concierge who were very nice and helpful. Was expecting a bit more but overall it was OK.

We paid 670 nzd of so for one night stay. Would have expected good wifi in the room. Logging into wifi didn’t work on laptop. Television wasn’t great either. The beds were good but folding doors to seperate bedroom from living is not ideal sound wise.
Breakfast buffet was amazing. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The spa wasn’t used as no spaces available. Superb location.
I do think with Airbnb you get better value for money accomodation comfort wise.

Fantastic selection of food at Breakfast. Great dinner menu too. Looking slightly dated. Housekeeping still happening at 5pm when we were back in our room after working all day. Friendly helpful staff at check in/out.

Lovely place ,loved the spa relaxation accommodation was perfect. Just be aware you pay for parking as it’s very limited for guests $16 daily stayed 3 place 2-3 in Queenstown had paid parking
Breakfast was really delicious.Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience dinner was booked out every night so we ventured to Queenstown fantastic restaurants and foods amazing choices and atmosphere.
