We stayed at this property two times during our time in New Zealand. It is a really nice property; it is very stylish, clean and comfortable, the rooms we were in had great views of the lake too. The staff was friendly and so helpful, we were doing a couple of the great tracks and they stored our excess luggage for us while we were on the hike for free. The hotel is close to town and an easy walk, if you don’t mind the hill, to dinner and activities there. Public transport, the buses, are about a block away too, lots of construction is going on, so one time the stop was across the street, the next it was a street over and up, the next it was a street over and down, just ask the staff they point you in the right direction. Of course Queenstown is on the more expensive side for the country, so this was the most expensive place we stayed but it was worth every Penny to us. We highly recommend this hotel!

It was very good, more than met my expectations in cleanliness, comfort and staff excellence and apart from the very steep hill climb (challenging but not unachievable be on return walk from centre.

We really enjoyed our stay in Queenstown. The building is really well built, with comfortable beds and good insulation against noise. The room was very quiet and clean, and the free breakfast had a good variety. The panoramic window upgrade was worth it for the great views! We’d be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is close to town and an easy walk, if you don’t mind the hill, to dinner and activities there. Of course Queenstown is on the more expensive side for the country, so this was the most expensive place we stayed but it was worth every Penny to us. We highly recommend this hotel!

Like: Room Size, the view from the room, the amenities, Few of the staffs were really nice and freindly. Location is walkable to the key areas.
Dislike: Cleanliness (room floors were seemed vacuumed on first day we checked-in and after we checked-out. And we stayed for a week.),
Some staffs were careless (not friendly and some quite sarcastic when asked for assistance). Had Air-Con issues and took 3 days to get sorted.

Very clean hotel in a great location. Easily walkable to everything, less than 5 minutes you're in the main area of shopping and food. The staff were all friendly. Would highly recommend staying there.

Very convenient to downtown Queenstown and the Queenstown gardens and city park. Easy access from the airport via local bus service. Rooms were nicely furnished. I would definitely stay there again.
