The washing room could have been a bit more tidyer

Accommodation did NOT match the photos in any way, extremely miss leading. Fridge did not work, graffiti on the heater in lounge area, dirty foot prints on wall in bedroom, stains on single bed bedspread, dead insects on whole roof of bathroom. Desperately needs a fresh makeover. Bed linen was clean tho.

The accommodation served its purpose, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool facilities were a nice bonus.

There was no smoke detector in my room, the hot water was scalding and I was almost burned and the TV did not work after several requests to fix it. The room needed to be refurbished because it was used as a motel for the homeless.

Photos online do not represent what I got, extremely misleading. Checked in at 2pm checked out at 4pm 2 hours was more than enough. Google their website for reviews I wish I had!!

one part of ceiling was just a big bit of gib nailed up not even painted the shower dribbled and the spa had big bits of tile missing the room had a slight aroma of urine to it have never stayed anywhere so bad and the rubbish bins outside our room smelled so bad

Great staff very helpful close to everything so we didn't get lost and the private spa in our room

Me & my family loved our stay. I would recommend this motel. Amazing staff, unit was clean and all, but the shower needs to be upgraded. The outdoor pool & hot pool was amazing. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you to the staff that has helped & preparing our units for us.

Sooo... disappointed and never going to go back to the motel again. Yes! I have the reason with proof. I booked this motel seeing the 3 star facility listed in the site with pictures. I was with my family of 6 including my kids.The room number was 20, and the lady receptionist pointed us a stair which was really unsafe to climb. I paid for 2 nights prior going there. Please dont do this.Pool facility- no privacy, water temperature was too hot (1st day was okay,dont know why the next night water was super hot). Room : very fluffly pillow and mattress. Poorly maintained. Kitchen : found cocroaches , oven wasnt thay safe to use. Bathroom : very small shower box with no latches and the shower tap was wall mounted with leak. Dining table sheets were torned. Over all experience : poor

If I could give this minus stars I would. The place is a dump ! The private pool was filthy ! I walked in and walked out! Lost my money but couldn’t stay in the place for another minute. I told the last at the reception that the pool was empty and dirty . She said you can fill it ! Honestly! The room was horrendous! Give this place a wide birth !

Terrible room and property, did not match the pictures or reviews . I wish that I could attach photographs of curtains hanging off rails , dirty floors , outdated mismatched toilet & bathroom fixtures & fittings . The kitchen was filthy I would not even have made a coffee. Didn’t unpack and only stayed one of our two booked nights the lady checking us in was friendly and the bed linen was clean which was the only reason we stayed one night . Definitely NOT recommend!!!!

Location is great, rooms are a good size and the kitchen is great but otherwise the facilities are a bit tired. The private pool room is not worth the extra cost. It wasn’t clear during booking that the hotel staff have to control filling the pool, meaning that we weren’t able to use it when we wanted to, defeating the purpose of having a private pool.

We ended up staying somewhere else and losing our money. It felt unsafe. Windows were cracked, the door latch was dubious. The photos on the website must be the only room to have been refurnished. For an extra $60 stayed in a lovely refurbished room in the Millennium hotel Rotorua.

Extremely disappointing experience. The photos on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the motel. The property is old and severely run down, in desperate need of a complete renovation. The sheets were dirty, the mattress was so worn out it sank halfway down, and the shower had almost no water pressure. To make matters worse, the bathroom hair dryer didn’t work. We initially booked a two-night stay but couldn’t bear to stay the second night and checked out early. The staff were very friendly but that does not make up for the poor condition of the property. I strongly recommend avoiding this place!

The lady and her daughter were lovely, she seemed overwhelmed by the busy time of year which is fair enough. All new appliances, looks to be getting upgraded. Cobwebs on ceiling. Taps were a bit run down. No lock into the bathroom. Decor is dated. Spa was too hot to use. Its a decent place, u get what u pay for. Unsure we would stay there again. Terrible reviews but it wasnt as bad as we thought. Its what we needed at the time and we were grateful.

Litter outside some off the rooms. Our floors in kitchen and bathroom weren't cleaned properly (paru).Looked nothing liked what's in the pictures..don't be fooled.

Good place, good for it's price, nice to have warm pool outside and warmer thermal pool inside. Friendly owners would be nice to support them.
