Wonderful location; pick-up location for all tours were between 5 to 15 minutes by foot; very clean rooms; free coffee

Fantastic stay at Mi-pad, location was perfect, close enough to walk into town, and access the local buses (which were cheap and convenient). Room was compact with a different feel to a normal hotel room, hi tech lighting and heating, were super easy to use. Loved the endless free hot drinks being available, especially when it was SO cold outside. Roof top deck had to be the highlight, allowing us to toast the mountain tops without the high prices charged elsewhere.

No fridge, can’t drink nice cold beer after shower …. A bit disappointed plus a lift doesn’t work have to carry stuff use stairs. Fridge should prepare each room at least

The smartest hippest place to stay in Queenstown. Close to everything in a good part of town. Has its own app that you can use to check in / unlock your door / adjust the heat and lighting in your room / book activities. Everything you need in a hotel and then some. Would absolutely stay here again.

Does the basics very well..clean, great condition, has all that you need for a base to explore Queenstown, from a very convenient, walkable location. The highlight though was the rooftop area - tables and lounges to enjoy great views over Queenstown and the mountains!

Clean property. Complimentary coffee on the fourth floor. Friendly staff. Roof top terrace beautiful.
Rooms are small. Queen bed isn’t comfortable-and makes a lot of noise. Can hear people coming and going. Have to ask for new towels if you want them-versus them replenishing them daily.
