Staff were friendly. Rooms were very tidy and quiet.
We stayed at the Quest at the Mount last year and thought we had booked there but when we turned up we found out it was the wrong place. An unfortunate hiccup. Don’t know how it happened.

Debdie the receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and obliging. Room was spotless, bed comfortable. Only issue was car parking they have 40 rooms but only 11 car parking spaces so had to park on the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Quest. When we accidentally forgot our room key, the staff was incredibly friendly and quick to assist us, making the situation so much easier. We also really appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer during our stay – such a convenient bonus. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

Loved the washer/dryer and remarkably equipped kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Staff (Daniella) was great. Lots of walkable dining and shopping options. Would definitely return and recommend. Great value
