Can't fault the hotel but the service in the assiciated restaurant "Novelli" was
well below standard. Even gave us the wrong bill for our meal that would have charged us £40 more. We got the bill corrected and then got the service charge that was added, removed.

Spacious rooms and courteous service throughout. Check-in could have been better as cards did not work in the lift resulting in another 25min wait, which made me late for a meeting. Digital key on the app also didn't work. Breakfast was good but tepid coffee wasn't great. Overall good, just need to sharpen up on above points.

It was a great stay in Belfast and AC Hotel Belfast was a great home base! It was about a 10mins to all the action and was across the river from the Titanic museum! I would stay there again if we wind up back in Belfast!
