the room was very comfortable and the bathroom great. I liked the rooftop patio. The jazz festival was nice to hear in the background and I am glad it quit by midnight so we could sleep.

Self check in for foreign travellers without access to SMS was a problem, and a stressful one. Staff wasn’t as helpful or reassuring as they should have been — communication was confusing and mixed messages. Overpriced but beds are comfy!

I paid for an upgraded room on the top floor which was unique and stylish. I hate carpets in hotel rooms but that was the only negative. Very friendly staff at the bar in the evening and at breakfast in the morning. Would definitely return. Love the keyless entry.

What I like was it was good beds, clean rooms, quiet and excellent breakfast.
What I did not like was that the wifi in my room was awful.
I had to go down to the main area to get any good wifi.

Nice location, and very clean hotel. Small rooms but for short stays it’s ok. Good breakfast buffet. Due to pandemic everything a bit less social, but that’s just how it is nowadays
