No staff but with just a phone call, the issue was taken of care immediately. We had a small refrigerator in our room which was nice. Also the breakfast was much more than expected. We would definitely stay there again.

Good: Access worked well, some free parking. Bad: Power in room went out, nobody on site to contact, breakfast limited compared to other hotels, laundry facilities only had 1 washer & 1 dryer that seemed to work, only 2 pillows in room, exterior very icy in the night & morning

Do not stay here. Definitely not worth the money. “Luggage room” isn’t actually a room, you are told to put your luggage behind the front desk. No actual front desk staff though so your luggage is just sitting in the front entrance to the hotel. Extremely uncomfortable, small beds. Between a gas station and elementary school so very loud. Once again, unless you get a great deal on the price, I would not stay here.

Zero service, completely de-serviced.
Have not seen this before, even during the pandemics
You have to do everything, get your towels, your toilet aper, get and change your bed sheets and take the used ones to the linen's room.
No soap, or shampoo.
The toilet paper closet was locked, so, no way to get a new roll.
Too many warnings and threatens.
Breakdast choices were very limited.
No a human being around.
Airbnb has better service.

Spacious and clean room. Outside lights directly above window shone into the room all night (better curtains required). Lack of reception staff means no personal touch, which can be useful when visiting as tourists.

This hotel has no physical receptionist, meaning there is no actual person in the reception. But that did not hinder my check in and check out process. There is a number that you can call and text if you have questions or need help. That person was very helpful. She responded to me quite fast and allowed me to leave my baggage in yhe reception area to be picked up on a later time. Also, i checked in late and they were very considerate in accommodating my late check in.

Slightly outside of downtown but very walk-able to everything. Different type of hotel since there is no front desk and all is done through a provided entry code. That being said the room was clean and the breakfast was waiting in the morning as advertised. Plenty of onside parking.

Marina i Svolvær er et ubetjent hotel bortset fra om morgenen. Til den pris kunne men nok forvente mere men det er let at finde og der er ro i området selvom det er et hotel i den i området billigere ende.
Vi er ikke imponeret men heller ikke skuffet udover prisniveauet.

Huone oli hieman nuhjuinen (lattia oli huonossa kunnossa ja patjojen jouset jo aikansa eläneet) ja turhan pieni. Olisi voinut olla kaappi, johon usean vuorokauden majoittujat olisivat voineet purkaa tavarat laukuista.
