Quality Hotel Ulstein

A beautifully located hotel on the mountainous inlet of Ulsteinvik . Great views , very comfortable and modern . Cosy with candles at night with a large contemporary fire . Rooms immaculate , hot water in the shower with floor heating .

A lovely hotel in a great location.

Even though I arrived very late (past midnight), they were very hospitable and asked about my trip and safety. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Did I mention that the breakfast was amazing?

Stylish hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast, while great by global standards, was only meh by Scandinavian ones (no pastry, kept running out of croissants).

Hotel is confortable and clean. Dinner was excellent. Good place to stay for one night

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel, mostly because it was close to the Ostra Volga airport we were flying out of the next day. It’s only 30 minutes away. The staff was friendly and prompt, the room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of outside seating for a drink on a nice day. The area itself is pretty remote, but we did find an amazing Thai restaurant about 10 minutes drive away. Overall it was a good experience.

Very nice hotel. Hotel is near many restaurants. Hotel restaurant is very good with special dinning experiences during the week. Beautiful scenic surroundings.

A great hotel, a nice big open space with cinema also a good gym, with a good verity for breakfast. Only thing missing is coffee making facilities in the room

Great Hotel and rooms

Short stay of 2 nights at a quiet time over a bank holiday in Norway. Front desk very good but others hit n miss and rather slow considering it was nearly empty. Had a problem with my heating and got a room change to a lovely balcony room. Rooms spotless and great big walk in s shower. On the waterfront. Area relies on the local ship industry which has been hit recently so feels a little sad. Would return. Easy free parking including EV charging. No tea or coffee facilities in room but there is a concealed fridge and take away drinks/snacks. Watch out for smokerson the balconies with smoke wafting up/in to your room. Interconnecting rooms available. Beds on the softer side but good. Decent WiFi. Apparently it’s very busy last Friday of the month on pay day with an evening event etc. Good local shopping and local facilities. Beautiful scenery and nearby ski in winter.

Very good hotel

Seldom have I slept so well in a hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the room temperature was just right. The wifi was fast enough and reliable. There was a good choice of tv channels and plenty of films on terrestrial. My room (217) was immediately outside the elevator but there was hardly a noise to be heard from the corridor, from the adjacent rooms or from outside the hotel. The reception area is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves tasty food albeit the menu is limited. The fish soup is delicious. There are supermarkets and other shops in the immediate area as an alternative. There is angood selection of fresh food at breakfast. Ulsteinvik is beautiful and certainly my favourite corner of Norway.
