Excellent stay, room and amenities were as listed and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was an excellent spread and seating was in a beautiful dining space. Molde jazz festival was in full swing and VERY loud but was outside the property. If not for the event, the stay would have been peaceful. This is not a detractor for the hotel, but be mindful to check local events when booking.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pics on Hotels.com. There is no sauna as advertised on the website neither the view is the same. Is not that close to the weather. The hotel is lacking on character but it’s comfortable and breakfast is good. Overall we found it overpriced for what it says it offers since many amenities where not there

The hotel was in good condition, a good location in Molde, and the breakfast was very good. The main thing that was unfortunate was that it was clear that there weren't a lot of people staying at the hotel (COVID and holiday period with lots closed) and we paid for a superior room, but instead of being on the side of the hotel with a wonderful view of the water and mountains, we were placed in a room that had an interior view of two ugly parking lots, the neighboring building and some sort of employee breakroom. In hindsight, I should have asked to be moved, but with such a nice location and for the upgraded costs the hotel really should put guests on the side that allows them to enjoy the natural beauty.

Clean room, with amazing views. Friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Only issue was the breakfast, most "warm" food had gone cold, and the cappuccino from the coffee machine lacked flavour qnd was also cold.

This is an outstanding hotel. I'd give it a 10/10. The breakfast was really, really good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms on the floor we were on are not sound proof so you hear kids and people while walking in the corridor. The doors need to pulled tightly shut to make sure they close properly.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and tidy and good size for family of four. Check-in/out was easy and pleasant. Breakfast had a good selection of food and was very good. In a good location with shops/restaurants in the area. Overall very happy with our stay.

Two night stay where they failed to clean our room after the first night. Apparently this was the case that many rooms had been forgotten. Very slow (2h+ to rectify) No fridge in the room and only one chair on the balcony. Nice views. Room was refurbed, but in a budget way. No parking, and staff showed little interest in recommending where to park. Overall disappointing

Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Some parts of hotel a bit tired. We had a very large family room. Spacious but felt like it was due an upgrade / renovation. Room was clean but terrace had popcorn left behind from previous guests. Nice breakfast. Would stay again.
