Great hotel, very helpful staff. Comfy beds and an equipped lovely spacious room. Fabulous food and breakfasts in the restaurant. And a full on view of the northern lights cathedral from our window.
High floor is a must with the view we had. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel stay was fine, but when I was booking the stay, I wanted to use a 1400,- coupon I have with hotels.com. I booked through the app, but was never able to apply the coupon. I contacted the chatbot service, but was unable to get any help.
If possible I would like the coupon to be used and 1400,- to be refunded to the payment card

There are only three restaurants in the area to eat from during the holiday season. The hotels restaurant was very good, as was the Pepe Pizza next to the hotel, and Erica’s was ok. Alta is beautiful, and the area offers a few thongs to do during winter: dog sledding, Sami reindeers, Alta Museum (rock carvings), snow shoe hiking, etc. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. The rugs can use a deep cleaning, but overall very good hotel. Had a false alarm, but quickly informed guests of the situation. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future. ❤️

Convenient location directly across from bus stop. Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast included and Nespresso station (and tea) in lobby. Has a gym / fitness center. Note - does not include hair conditioner (normal for Norway hotels).
