The hotel has it's own transportation that takes you to albrook Mall every day. They take you there in the morning and pick you up from there late in the afternoon. That's very convenient. As there's a hospital very close by you can find food places close by where you can buy food from. The hotel also gives you for free the transportation to and from the airport depending on how many nights you stay with them. The place is small and not modernized but as I only use it to have a room to sleep I think is worth it a try. This was my second visit and I'll stay again there for sure.

Breakfast was horrible and could have been an actual breakfast. Otherwise I would Stay again

Wir sind Gut Empfangen werden die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich Ich konnte gleich für den 14.03 auf den 15.03 buchen was vorher nicht möglich war MFG Dieter Schairer

The room was cleaned daily which was good. Breakfast came to your room which was unique however, the menu can be a bit more local and the coffee gets cold quickly.
If you are looking for an average place to stay then this is it. I think the free shuttle service to allbrook mall and the airport are their best attractions

It was acceptable, this property has a good location close from Cinta Costera, and the Santo Tomas Hospital; the Santo Tomas Metro Station is close from the hotel too.
However you'll see homeless people walking around the area mainly during the night.
I have to mention that the receptionists are not friendly, they work just for the payment, it is not because they like the job; a Customer Service training would be great for them.

Very basic, elevator, nice staff, bologna/egg "omelette" with two slices of genetic white bread served to the room with coffee.... For the low price you can't expect more but the neighborhood is sketchy.... McDonald's on corner so if you can do that you don't have to walk far....

Falta mejorar limpieza, no había shampoo de cabello en el baño. Más cordialidad en por parte de recepción. Falta toma de energía en cabecera. Mejoraría bastante si los colores en baños fueran claros.
