This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. In comparison to the Riu Plaza I would say the Ramada was much better if you like quiet, comfort, and clean. In comparison to the Riu Plaza this hotel was clean, no weird smells, and we were actually able to utilize the pool. It wasn’t very busy which is a plus for me as I am someone who enjoys the peace and quiet. Riu Plaza was very loud, busy, and smelled a bit weird on our floor. As per the Ramada, our hotel room was superb, great views, pool was excellent and the breakfast was okay. Not as many breakfast options as the Riu but definitely a more intimate experience.

Great hotel with a perfect location. Very clean rooms, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was awesome! New items daily and the freshest fruit and juice I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay when I visit in the future!

I love that it’s very hand to mouth( convenient) in the city it’s really very easy to get around, the bfast is a 70% but as long as you not really a picky eater you will get around it. The front desk is not really informative they need to improve more on that, but for me as long as I’m comfortable with my space which I was, I don’t really care on nothing else. The rooms are really clean and fresh and they Makesure it’s clean everyday, I speak little no no Spanish but they makesure to do there best to communicate.. for me I would definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Panama.

Great place to stay—beautiful, welcoming, and very safe. The staff were excellent. Everyone I interacted with, including the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant team, was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. One feature that really amazed me was the floor-to-ceiling glass wall at the end of each hallway. I actually checked, and every floor has one! The panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking and make the hotel feel even more special. While it isn't the closest location to Casco Viejo (the Old City), it took us only about 18 minutes to drive to Tocumen International Airport, which was very convenient. You'll also find everything you need within walking distance of the hotel, including restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
